Operating from an anti-oppressive frame-work, we carry out care plans, behavioural plans, and safety plans ensuring that the needs of our clients are met. All associates carry designations in the Human Services field, coupled with ABA, crisis intervention, and clinical skills.
We establish goals, prioritize needs and approach each client individually to ensure that all program plans are specifically tailored.
